About the unit

We are now looking for a social secretary for our investigation group, Adult SoL.
Here, you will become part of a workplace with high competence, strong cohesion, and great commitment. We work in a team-based manner, which means we share responsibility for cases within the team and support each other in daily work. This creates security, flexibility, and good opportunities for learning.
Responsibilities
As a social secretary, you are responsible for investigating, assessing, and following up on the need for support according to the Social Services Act. The work involves close contact with people with disabilities, their networks, and various collaboration partners.
In this role, you investigate and assess the need for support and interventions, provide information, guidance, and advice, and make decisions in accordance with current legislation. You follow up on approved interventions and collaborate with both internal and external actors to create good conditions for the individual.
The work is varied and meaningful, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference for people in different life situations.
What we offer
We know that a sustainable working life requires good conditions. Therefore, we offer a team-based working method with close collegial support, an introduction tailored to your experience, and a mentor during the introduction period. You will also receive support from two senior social secretaries who offer methodological support and guidance. In addition, we offer method and process counseling, good opportunities for competence development, and a workplace where collaboration, work environment, and development are prioritized.
We warmly welcome your application!

We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker or have another university education that the employer considers equivalent. You are well acquainted with processing according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Certain Persons with Functional Impairments (LSS). Since the position involves administrative work, you need to have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
If you have experience with authority exercise involving investigations, assessments, and implementation of decisions, it is an advantage. Experience with documentation in the business systems IBIC/ Treserva/ SAMSA is also desirable.
In your professional role, you show respect and consideration for those you meet. You have an open and positive attitude, with the user's needs as the starting point for your actions. You take responsibility for your and the joint tasks and take your duties seriously. At the same time, you are easy to collaborate with.
You plan activities and projects in good time, use time efficiently, and work systematically, organized, and methodically, ensuring that the work is completed. At the same time, you thrive in a business where no day is like the other and where the pace can vary, maintaining calm in difficult situations while balancing different demands.
