I am a 25-year-old woman living with my parents in Mark. I am now looking for a personal assistant who wants to become an important part of my life and provide me with the support I need to live an active, independent, and meaningful life.

In my spare time, I enjoy singing in a choir, acting in theater, and going on cozy outings. I also appreciate coming up with fun activities, both at home and out. Together, we create a daily life filled with content, engagement, and meaningful experiences, big and small.

I need support throughout the day. The most important thing for me is not that you have long experience, but that you are a person who is present, calm, and empathetic. You need to be able to read situations, understand my feelings, and give me the right support, whether I am happy, sad, or need a little extra security to help me handle strong emotions. You also need to be able to take initiative while respecting my needs and my way of communicating.

This is a role where you get the opportunity to grow together with me. As we get to know each other, there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop in the role. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a long-term journey where we together create a secure and stable daily life.

We are looking for you who:

• Are secure, sensitive, and have a warm demeanor.
• Have patience and can create calm, structure, and security.
• Enjoy being active and are happy to join activities, outings, and help create meaningful engagement.
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car, as this is a requirement.
• Experience as a personal assistant is advantageous, but personal suitability weighs the heaviest.

About the position

The position starts at approximately 50 percent, and working hours are scheduled during the day with the possibility of gradually increasing the employment degree if it feels right for both you and me. We see this as a fresh start and are looking for you who want to be involved long-term and contribute to building a secure, developmental, and meaningful daily life.

About the workplace

Within Sjuhäradsbygdens Assistansservice AB, we have created opportunities for our care recipients for over 25 years. We are a group offering Personal Assistance and Day Activity. The group is owned by Sjuhäradsbygdens Handikappservice Cooperative Society. The cooperative is run entirely without economic ownership interests and reinvests any surplus back into the operations. Our focus is that our care recipients get to live an active life in community with others and participate in society. We are members of Almega Healthcare Companies and are an operation governed by the regulations within LSS, SoL, and HSL.
