We are looking for you who are interested in working as a personal assistant to a wheelchair-using woman in her mid-60s. In the role of assistant, you will make a difference in her life and have the chance to help a person live life on the same terms as others, as far as possible.

The work includes everything from care, help with activities, to daily chores. The workplace is in her home and wherever she is. Working hours are scheduled in shorter shifts during day and evening times, Monday through Sunday. We would appreciate it if you could also work with short notice when needed, e.g., due to illness.

Since you will be part of a team of personal assistants selected for and by your user, it is important to have good work ethic where everyone supports each other and can work with short notice when needed.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We prefer that you, as an applicant, have a flexible and independent work style and can easily adapt to new situations. You must be able to take responsibility as you work based on the individual's needs. You should have good competence in documentation and a professional attitude. You should have a genuine interest and feeling for caring for people.

Other qualities that are good for the job include a good mood, calmness, patience, and being responsible. You must be able to speak fluent Swedish as this is a job where good communication is very important. It is a great merit if you have experience working in personal assistance.

Since we value our customers' safety and security, we have a routine of requesting extracts from the criminal record for all persons employed in the company. This means that upon employment, we will request a criminal record extract from you before you can start working.
