Are you a social worker with a few years of broad professional experience? Would you find it exciting to become part of a reception center that ensures clients calling in receive the right guidance and world-class service?

We are now looking for additional staff for Falck's Social Work Reception centrally located in fresh premises on Vasagatan in Gothenburg. Perhaps you have experience from both treatment homes and social services, and are interested in working digitally with shorter counseling sessions? Above all, we are looking for you who are driven by making a difference for others in need of professional support and thrive in a fast-paced environment!

As a social worker at Falck's Social Work Reception in Gothenburg, you are the face of our company towards our customers in all industries, both the public and private sectors, as well as insurance companies. Your tasks will vary as the client's needs dictate. Cases can range from workplace or private relationships, parental support, stress, and private crises.

You will primarily work with:

• Short support conversations regarding private or work-related psychosocial issues such as stress, relationships, social problems, conflicts, substance abuse, etc.
• Administration in business and case management systems; for example, booking appointments with other specialists such as licensed psychologists or lawyers, rescheduling/cancellations, handling referrals/orders, and documentation.

We are looking for someone who

• is a qualified social worker with a few years of broad experience
• has good ability and experience in conducting supportive conversations, with knowledge of counseling methods such as MI (Motivational Interviewing) being an advantage
• is experienced in working and documenting in various systems
• fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Your working style is structured, yet you are also a flexible person who views development and change positively. Other details:

Falck's Social Work Reception is open 7 AM – 10 PM year-round. We work on a rolling schedule including day and evening shifts, with working hours on both weekdays and weekends. Some on-call duty is included.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probation period. Start date according to agreement.
