Welcome to make a difference in people's everyday lives every day!
About the workplace
Hällesåkersskolan is an idyllically located village school in eastern Mölndal, with nature, horses, and paddocks close by. Approximately 60 students in grades F–3 study here. Our operations are characterized by the keywords safety, community, and learning.
We work in learning teams where school, leisure center, and student health team collaborate closely to create a cohesive and meaningful day for the students. This close cooperation is a fundamental prerequisite in our organization and an important part of succeeding in our mission. We have an inclusive approach where we share responsibility for all students and groups.
The student health team is an integrated part of the operations and is represented by several professional categories, enabling close and preventive work. Together, we create a safe, stimulating, and developmental learning environment throughout the day.
Here, it is important that you are flexible, solution-focused, and ready to contribute where needs arise. You will become part of an engaged and tightly knit collegium where we jointly take responsibility for the operations and continuously develop them for the benefit of the students.
In the City of Mölndal's school administration, we work every day to create the best conditions for the development and lifelong learning of children and students. Here, you become part of a curious, courageous, and solution-focused organization where innovation is encouraged and the child's best interest always comes first.
