We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher who will be responsible for the health economics part of a research project evaluating a person-centered chatbot support (CHAT-MH) and work within the interdisciplinary center DEMSAM for research focusing on person-centered approaches, dementia-friendly environments, and broad collaboration.

Responsibilities
As a postdoctoral researcher, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and reporting of the project's health economic analyses, as well as coordinating health economic outcome measures in the projects. You will work in close collaboration with researchers within nursing science, psychiatry, health economics, and person-centered care.
The responsibilities include among other things:
- planning and conducting health economic analyses within the framework of randomized controlled trials (RCT), complex interventions, and longitudinal follow-up studies with mixed methods
- developing models for health economic evaluation of person-centered interventions within psychiatric care as well as care and support for cognitive illness related to dementia
- analyzing resource use, cost-effectiveness, and patient-related outcomes
- contributing to the design and implementation of data collection related to health economic outcomes
- collaborating in a cross-professional research team within nursing science, psychiatry, and person-centered care
- participating in scientific publication as well as national and international research communication
- contributing to research applications and the development of future research projects
You are expected to actively contribute to the scientific development and interdisciplinary collaboration of the projects.
Qualifications
Eligible for employment as a postdoctoral researcher for this position is someone who has completed a doctoral degree, an artistic doctoral degree, or has a foreign degree assessed as equivalent to a doctoral degree. This eligibility requirement must be met no later than at the time the employment decision is made.
In the first instance, preference should be given to those who have completed their degree no more than three years before the application deadline. Those who have completed their degree earlier should also be considered in the first instance if there are special reasons. Special reasons include leave due to illness, parental leave, trust positions within trade unions, service in the total defense, or other similar circumstances, as well as clinical service or service relevant to the subject area.
