Häggetorpsskolan is a preschool class to year 6 school with approximately 255 students, located in the southern part of Tibro. Here, preschool class, primary school, and after-school center operate as a safe and cohesive unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on current regulatory documents. You assess and analyze students' knowledge development and adapt teaching to meet students' needs and conditions. The role includes mentorship for a class, where you have special responsibility for the students' development, well-being, and contact with guardians.

You actively work to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes students' learning and participation. As part of the work team, you collaborate with colleagues, student health services, and guardians, and contribute to the school's pedagogical development through collegial learning and a professional approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified teacher for grades F-3 (Preschool class to Year 3)
• Have good skills in collaboration and building good relationships
• Are clear in your communication and have good leadership skills in the classroom
• Plan and organize your work effectively
• Have high and positive expectations for students
• Are flexible and solution-focused

Meritorious:

• Teacher certification in Swedish as a Second Language (Sva)
• Experience with a language-developing working method

Furthermore, you are confident in your professional role, have good self-awareness, and a professional approach. You contribute to a good work climate and see collegial learning as a natural part of the work.
