About Us
The Department of Business and Economics has approximately 35 employees and covers subjects such as business administration, economics, statistics, law, and logistics. Teaching is conducted within several educational programs with specific profiles. Research is primarily carried out in research groups that collectively form one of the University's research environments – Organization for Sustainable Development. The department further encourages academic and pedagogical development and expects future colleagues to share this interest in development.

The position is within the subject of business administration, which covers areas internally and externally linked to how companies and organizations efficiently and sustainably manage their conditions and limited resources. The field develops knowledge and skills to analyze, understand, and handle organizations' challenges, opportunities, and solutions.
Your Role
Your main tasks will include:
- teaching in business administration, primarily the sub-subject of marketing
- developing and establishing courses in innovation, strategy, and change management
- integrating practice-oriented elements into teaching through collaboration with external actors
- contributing to the profiling of education.
Additional tasks may be included in the position.
We are looking for someone who has:
- a completed degree in business administration at an advanced level
- shown pedagogical skill
- documented good collaboration skills
- experience in teaching business administration with a focus on marketing
- documented good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
We will also value the following assessment criteria in the appointment:
Of highest importance are:
- The degree of skill that is a requirement for eligibility.
- Documented experience in teaching marketing, innovation, and strategy at the bachelor's level.
- Good knowledge in marketing, innovation, strategy, and change management.
- Completed higher education pedagogical education of at least 15 higher education credits or have a certificate of higher education pedagogical education equivalent to 15 higher education credits or have acquired equivalent knowledge in another way.
- Documented good administrative skill.
Of next highest importance are:
- Good experience in collaboration with external actors.
Also of importance is:
- Documented experience in developing and establishing courses.
Employment type: This is a permanent position. The University may apply a six-month probationary period.
