About the role

You will be assigned your own customer portfolio with responsibility for strategy, operations, and results, primarily in Google Ads and to some extent in META advertising. You set the direction together with the customer, build and optimize campaigns, and report in a way that ensures the customer understands the impact of their investment. Our project managers handle the meeting rhythm, while you own the numbers, supported by a Content Creator for graphic design.

You will join a department that is at the forefront of AI-supported workflows. Data retrieval, analysis, and reporting, among other tasks, are streamlined so that your time is spent on thinking and customer dialogue rather than manual copy-pasting. We expect you to not only use these tools but also help improve them.

We believe you

• Have actively worked in Google Ads and are comfortable with the interface: campaign building, bidding strategies, keyword work, and conversion tracking.
• Use AI in your work today and are driven by developing processes, not just following them.
• Understand marketing fundamentals and can quickly grasp a company's structure and needs.
• Maintain quality and calm even when the pace is fast.
• Are confident in customer contact and can provide recommendations, as all our customers have high expectations regarding results, communication, and delivery.

Preferred qualifications: Basic knowledge of AI agents/models such as Claude and ChatGPT, META advertising, Google Ads, agency experience, and basic knowledge of tracking setup via Google Tag Manager.
