Do you want to work in a central role where you contribute to ensuring high quality in the payroll process while simultaneously being a key support to the organization? We are now looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator for a large international operation in Oskarshamn.

About the Role

As a Payroll Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for the payroll process and work closely with HR, managers, and employees. The role is broad and combines payroll administration with HR-related tasks in a dynamic and business-close environment. You will become a key part of ensuring that payroll is handled correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with current regulations.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire payroll process - from collecting data to final payroll run
• Ensure quality and accuracy in payroll data and payments
• Handle and follow up on time reporting
• Generate reports and statistics related to payroll
• Support managers and employees with questions regarding payroll, systems, and routines
• Ensure compliance with laws, collective agreements, and internal guidelines
• Participate in improvement work regarding processes and systems
• Contribute to HR administration related to the employee lifecycle

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is confident in the entire payroll process and thrives in a role with many contact surfaces. We believe you have:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration
• Good knowledge of Swedish laws, regulations, and collective agreements within payroll
• Experience with payroll systems and time reporting systems
• Post-secondary education in payroll, HR, or economics (meritorious)
