Department of Municipal Services
We are now looking for a Payroll Consultant for Payroll Services.
Your responsibilities
The role of Payroll Consultant includes, among other things, providing our customers with support in payroll and contract matters, processing cases in our systems, issuing certificates, reporting pension data, and conducting and planning training for our employees. We have a phone line staffed between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Your qualifications
You have an education of at least upper secondary level in a relevant field. You are comfortable working in digital systems.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Education in payroll of at least 2 years
- Experience of several years working with payrolls in municipal operations
- Experience working with pensions and pension agreements
- Experience in administrative work with high case volumes and contact with customers via phone and digital channels.
As a person, you are very service-oriented and need to handle your cases independently. You enjoy taking responsibility but also understand the importance of collaboration and that the team must succeed in its task. The work requires accuracy and analytical ability as well as high integrity. Working to digitize processes and tasks is something you see as a natural part of your daily routine.
We are a small work group that needs to collaborate closely, and great importance will be placed on your personal qualities.
