About the Role

We are currently looking for a confident and independent Interim HR Consultant for an exciting assignment within municipal operations. This role is ideal for you who can quickly adapt to new environments and have solid experience supporting managers with complex personnel and labor law issues.

You will become a key partner to the operation's managers, contributing professional HR support in an environment where collaboration, quality, and a solution-oriented approach are in focus.

About the Assignment

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Provide operational management support in personnel and employer-related matters.
• Provide labor law advice and conduct labor law assessments.
• Support managers in rehabilitation, occupational health and safety, and cooperation matters.
• Participate in recruitment, transfers, and organizational changes.
• Engage in dialogue with trade unions and participate in MBL (Cooperation Act) and cooperation meetings.
• Prepare and quality-assure HR documentation.

• Scope: Full-time (100%)
• Assignment Period: September–November 2026, with the possibility of extension into December
• Location: Hultsfred/Vimmerby and surrounding area (minimum 3 days on-site, maximum 2 days from home)

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• An academic degree in HR, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience as an operational HR consultant or HR partner.
• Experience providing qualified management support within Swedish municipalities or regions.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish labor law.
• Practical experience applying the Employment Protection Act (LAS), Cooperation Act (MBL), Occupational Health and Safety Act (AML), Discrimination Act, and Holidays Act.
• Good experience with municipal collective agreements, particularly AB and current HÖK.
• Experience with labor shortages, transfers, rehabilitation, misconduct cases, and union negotiations.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from politically governed organizations.
• Experience with risk and consequence assessments according to occupational health and safety legislation.
• Experience with cooperation agreements within the municipal sector.
• Familiarity with municipal HR systems and digital documentation.
• Residence in or near Hultsfred/Vimmerby and surrounding area.
