About the Role

As Quality Manager, you have a central role in developing, coordinating, and strengthening the company's quality work. You drive improvement initiatives and ensure compliance through close collaboration with project development, production, construction sites, after-sales, and our central management processes. By building trust and creating understanding for quality work within the operations, you contribute to further developing our quality culture.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Coordinate, administer, and further develop the company's quality and management systems.
• Support process owners in the establishment, updating, and compliance of routines, working methods, and governing documents.
• Follow up on deviations, conduct investigations, and drive root cause analyses.
• Analyze key figures and quality costs, and feed back results and improvement proposals to the operations.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits.
• Train and support the operations in the implementation of processes, working methods, and quality requirements.
• Contribute to experience feedback and learning between different parts of the operations.

The position is located at our production facilities in Gullringen. You report to the Head of Production Support, start date according to agreement.

About You

We are looking for you who have experience in quality work, improvement work, or process development in an industrial or construction-related business. You have a good understanding of management systems, deviations, and structured improvement work, but above all, you are good at making things happen in organizations.

As a person, you are relationship-building, pedagogical, and confident in navigating between different perspectives. You have the ability to build trust and create engagement, even when challenging existing ways of working.

You are curious and unpretentious, and thrive in a role where you need to understand the big picture rather than optimize a single part. You easily see patterns, draw conclusions from data, and turn insights into concrete improvements.

Surewood Housing is a long-term residential developer that builds well-designed, affordable, and sustainable row houses and multi-family homes. Surewood Housing delivers homes as turnkey contracts, but can also support throughout the entire chain, from land acquisition to key-ready houses.

We operate nationwide with offices in Gullringen, Stockholm, and Malmö. The houses are manufactured as modules in our state-of-the-art production facility in Gullringen, which we acquired from Skanska in 2025, to now deliver and assemble key-ready houses on site.
