P&E Fastigheter was founded in 1991, and the business was initially focused primarily on economic and technical management. Over the years, the company has evolved and today also works with property management, property development, center development, center management, as well as construction and project management.

Job Description

Are you a secure and qualified economist with a strong sense for quality, structure, and development? Do you also want to combine qualified accounting work with a coordinating responsibility for an economic team? Then you might be the one we are looking for – welcome with your application!

As an Accountant with Team Leader responsibilities, you have a central role in the operations where you combine qualified economic work with coaching and coordinating leadership. You are responsible for accounting, reporting, and economic follow-up for several property companies and contribute to ensuring high quality in closing, reporting, and economic processes.

In the role, you work broadly within economics and are responsible for, among other things, ongoing accounting, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, annual reports, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up work. You also handle issues related to tax and VAT associated with property management and are an important contact person for customers, management, boards, auditors, banks, and authorities.

In addition to your operational responsibilities, you have an important leadership role in the economic team. You coordinate and prioritize daily work, act as a support for your colleagues, and contribute to creating structure, engagement, and good conditions for the team to succeed. Your leadership is characterized by presence, clarity, and the ability to develop both people and working methods.

An important part of the role is also to drive development and improvement work. You work actively to streamline processes, strengthen the quality of the economic function, and contribute to the company's continued digital journey. The position is full-time, and you report to the Head of Management and Economic Administration.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university education in economics, accounting, or another education assessed as equivalent. You have at least five years of experience in qualified accounting work and are confident in independent closing and annual reporting work.

You have good system knowledge, work comfortably in Excel, and have an interest in digitalization and the development of efficient working methods. Furthermore, you have experience with group accounting and good knowledge of the K3 regulations. If you also have experience with IFRS, property VAT, property taxation, or economic work in property companies, we see this as a strong merit.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You are passionate about accounting and economic quality and have a natural leadership style where you create engagement, security, and knowledge sharing in the team. You are communicative, unpretentious, and have the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and create trust with customers, colleagues, and management.
