We are now looking for you who want to become a Performance Manager in our team Customer Service Partner Operations.
The team you will become part of consists of specialists responsible for Telenor's customer service, which is handled by our partner, with staff in Kalmar, Cyprus, and Greece.
How you will make a difference with usAs a Performance Manager, you are a key player who ensures the conditions for our customer service partner to deliver on targets within sales, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service quality.
In the role, you analyze and follow up on results, challenge trends, and identify needs for change. You drive improvements both independently and jointly with the partner. During prioritized launches and development needs, you also lead initiatives and ensure they are executed.
The role requires regular presence in Kalmar, where you are an important informal leader collaborating closely with the partner's leaders and key personnel, as well as with colleagues within Telenor's business unit in Stockholm.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, and/or business development
- Good collaboration skills and flexibility in a high-tempo environment
- Ability to analyze results and work in a data-driven manner
- Business understanding and ability to translate insights into results
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
Desirable experience:
- Experience in building and developing sales teams or sales functions
- Leadership experience
- University degree in a relevant field
