As a Business Developer, you play a vital role in the hospital's development work, contributing to strengthening the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of operations. Your responsibilities include analyzing and developing care processes, creating decision support materials and follow-ups, and translating operational goals into concrete activities. You also provide support in matters related to care processes and have a coordinating responsibility for facility issues. You lead, coordinate, and support improvement and development initiatives in close collaboration with managers, employees, and other functions such as HR and Controllers. Through a structured and operationally close working method, you contribute to a well-functioning operation with the patient in focus.
About You
We are looking for someone who is structured and has a good ability to plan, prioritize, and drive work towards set goals and results. You are a clear and empathetic communicator who creates engagement and good collaborations, and you enjoy working with different professional groups. The role requires good system proficiency and an interest in developing and improving the organization's working methods. We expect you to have post-secondary education in health and social care as well as experience working within the health and social care sector.
