Do you want to work in a central and operationally close role where you can combine payroll, administration, and HR in an international context? We are now looking for a Payroll Administrator for our client in Oskarshamn – an exciting opportunity for you who want to contribute to efficient and quality-assured payroll processes.
ABOUT THE JOB
In the role of Payroll Administrator, you work to ensure correct and efficient payroll management in accordance with Swedish laws, agreements, and internal guidelines. You are responsible for collecting, registering, and quality-assuring payroll data, as well as handling payroll-related processes and reports.
Duties include among other things:
- Handle monthly and annual payroll processes, including checking and validating data
- Support managers and employees in time reporting and ensure that underlying data is correct before payroll processing
- Generate reports and statistics related to payroll and time
- Contribute to HR and administrative work related to employee processes
- Act as a consultant on questions regarding payroll and time reporting
- Ensure that work is carried out according to laws, agreements, and internal guidelines
- Participate in improvement work to develop processes, systems, and working methods
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for you who have a strong administrative drive and a genuine interest in payroll processes and HR-related issues.
We see that you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration
- Good knowledge of laws, collective agreements, and regulations related to payroll in Sweden
- Experience with payroll systems and time reporting systems
- Relevant education in HR, economics, or a similar field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the SD Worx system
- Experience with HR administration
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have a good ability to work independently. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and are good at providing support and advice to both managers and employees.
