About Oskarshamn Parish

Oskarshamn Parish has approximately 9,000 members. We conduct parish activities in Oskarshamn Church, Kyrkans Hus, Kolberga Church, and Kristineberg Church with 25 employees. We also have funeral services with our own crematorium and approximately 15 employees. We are a workplace where responsibility, good ideas, and engagement are encouraged. About the Position

As an Economics and Payroll Administrator, you play a central and important role in the parish's administrative flows. You work closely with both internal operations and external partners, such as the Church of Sweden's economics and payroll office. The work is varied and requires both precision and the ability to maintain the big picture.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has

• Upper secondary education in economics/administration or equivalent.
• Experience in administrative work within economics and/or payroll.
• Experience with economic systems and/or payroll systems.
• Good habit of working to quality-assure documentation.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have

• Post-secondary education in economics, payroll, or HR.
• Experience working with external agencies.
• Experience from public or non-profit operations.
• Experience from the Church of Sweden.
