Job Description

In this role, you will support the daily operations within staffing and recruitment, especially during periods of high tempo and many ongoing assignments simultaneously.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things, advertising, candidate selection, handling spontaneous applications, and ongoing administrative support in the recruitment process.

In the long run, simple phone interviews may also become part of the role.

The position is a hourly employment with varying working hours.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who, for example, studies the HR program in Kalmar and wants to gain practical experience in staffing and recruitment during their studies.

To thrive in this role, we believe you appreciate contact with candidates, work in a structured and meticulous manner, and feel confident in administrative tasks. You have an easy time building good relationships, inspire trust in your contacts, and thrive in a role where flexibility is an important part of everyday life.

Since the work is performed on an as-needed basis, it is important that you have the ability to step in with short notice and simultaneously wish to develop within recruitment and staffing in the long run.

In this role, you will work closely with our consulting managers and recruiters.

The start of the position is planned for late August or early September 2026.
Location: Kalmar
