We create plans for Nybro's future, manage the municipality's land and local supply, produce maps, grant building permits, plan and build the city's traffic environment, maintain parks and green areas, operate leisure and sports facilities, ensure a good housing environment, clean premises, prepare meals, and much, much more.
We also provide advice and support to people and businesses to ensure compliance, which is why we conduct supervision in areas such as environment, food, construction, and traffic. We are a team with mixed ages and diverse experiences.
The tasks are varied, and we work with a high degree of personal responsibility.
The planning operations within the Urban Planning Administration work with various parts of the urban planning process and its development projects. From overview planning and detailed planning, to the implementation and realization of detailed plans and land sales. We build, develop, and manage the municipality's, street, city, and park environments, as well as forest, nature, and outdoor recreation environments, to build together the society in which we can all thrive. The Urban Planning Administration works with clear goals, a high degree of delegation, and mutual trust, and we have a positive and developmental work climate.
