About the Role

As a Payroll Specialist, you work with the entire payroll process and ensure that payroll administration functions correctly and efficiently. You play a key role in supporting the business with payroll-related matters and contributing to stable and well-functioning processes.

The work involves close collaboration with HR, managers, and employees, where you act as a support in questions regarding salary, benefits, and contracts.

Responsibilities

The role involves working with the entire payroll process, from collecting and registering data to controlling and paying out salaries. You handle discrepancies, absence, benefits, and ensure that information is accurate.

Furthermore, you are responsible for reporting to authorities and working on developing and improving routines within the payroll area. You also support the business with payroll-related questions and contribute to an efficient way of working.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in payroll work and are confident in your knowledge of the payroll process. You work in a structured and meticulous manner and have a good understanding of regulations related to payroll and labor law.

You are accustomed to working independently and thrive in a role where you have many contact points. You have a good service orientation and communicate clearly.

Experience with payroll systems and administrative tools is important, as are good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
