About the position
As a case worker at the municipal administration, you work closely with both elected officials and civil servants. You are an important part of ensuring a secure, efficient and well-functioning case management as well as support in political processes.

Job description
The role includes among other things:

• Work with routines, guidelines and steering documents
• Handling of requests for public documents and ensuring correct disclosure
• Key person within GDPR with responsibility for the register of processing activities as well as a supporting and coordinating role in GDPR issues
• Handle mail, registration, diary registration and archiving
• General administrative tasks within the municipal administration, such as mail handling and archiving
• Be part of the municipality's election office during election periods and contribute to the planning and implementation of elections
• Support to the business in administrative and digital ways of working
• Secretariat at certain political meetings and to step in as meeting secretary if necessary

Qualifications
We are looking for you who:

• Have experience of administrative work, preferably within the public sector
• Have knowledge of or interest in municipal operations and the democratic process
• Have a good understanding of the principle of public access to information and knowledge of GDPR
• Have very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Have good system familiarity and are comfortable working digitally in different tools and systems

• if you have experience or knowledge of public operations and GDPR
• if you have experience of working in a similar role.
