You will work both strategically and operationally. Your main tasks will consist of leading development work based on the Co-occurring Disorders Investigation and the national strategy "It's About Life". The work is planned and executed in close collaboration with the county's municipalities.

You will ensure that the reform's intentions are implemented in operations, from the strategic level to practical execution, and drive analysis, improvement, and change work to create a more integrated and person-centered care and support system. The assignment also involves monitoring results, quality, and effects, as well as reporting to the steering group and management. You will contribute to creating a common vision and culture that promotes collaboration between the principal authorities. You are expected to monitor the external environment and disseminate knowledge about legislative changes, guidelines, and national assignments related to the reform.

The working group you will lead consists of experts from various functions within the region, and you will also work closely with the coordinator for the transition to close-to-home care and the development manager for mental health/substance use. The steering group for the work consists of the Planning Director, the Psychiatry Director, and the Primary Care Director.
