About the Role

As a service sales representative for passenger cars, your main task is to provide advice and book services and repairs for our customers at our facility and via phone, email, and our digital channels. The responsibilities also include planning the technicians' work, invoicing, handling warranty cases, offering service contracts and accessories. You will be part of our service team, working together to exceed our customers' expectations and live up to our vision of "satisfied customer".

The position is located at our facility in Oskarshamn. The role is a full-time permanent position, with a possible 6-month probation period. The start date is negotiable.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of service sales representative, we look for someone who enjoys customer-facing work and possesses strong collaboration skills. We prefer that you have work experience from customer service or sales, preferably within the automotive industry.

We are looking for you who are responsible, have a positive attitude with good social skills, and enjoy working at a fast pace.

The job requires high demands on handling different individuals' needs and requests in a solution-oriented manner, where good system familiarity and good knowledge of Swedish and mathematics at a secondary school level are important. Previous experience with our business system Kobra is a merit. You must hold a valid B driver's license.
