To our store in Oskarshamn, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At our store, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 80% full-time, and weekly working hours may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with category responsibility

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of teamwork, high pace, and pleasant interactions characterize working with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks of a salesperson, you have a specific category responsibility (for example, for red wine, white wine, or beer), which means that you:

• Maintain the category representation according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and display, as well as analyzing shrinkage and suggesting measures.
• Continuously share knowledge regarding your category with other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve the customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer interaction.
• Can work with varying schedules, both weekdays and Saturdays, from early mornings to after closing.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, service work, and/or food and beverage.
