We are now looking for you who want to work part-time as a shop assistant for our fantastic client, Blomsterlandet in Kalmar. Here you get the opportunity to work in an inspiring store environment with flowers, plants, and customer service in focus. You will be employed by us at Retail Knowledge but work on-site at Blomsterlandet. Here we offer great flexibility as you set up your availability yourself via our app, easily adapted to your daily life and our customers' needs.

You are a person who loves meeting people and meeting customers' needs. As part of our team, you will have varied tasks such as cash register work, sales, and picking goods. Regardless of the task, the focus will always be on providing customers with fantastic service. You thrive with flexible tasks and see it as an opportunity for development.

Working as a staffing consultant with us at Retail Knowledge means that you are an ambassador for both us and the client you work for. To thrive in the role, we believe you are a positive and service-minded person who communicates easily with other people and appreciates that no day is like the other.

• You have another main occupation for at least the next year. Note that this must consist of studies or part-time work.

• You have the opportunity to work store hours, that is, mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• You can work at least two weekdays and one weekend day, or alternatively three weekdays.

• You thrive in flexible work and have the ability to step in with short notice.

• You are a responsible person.

• You communicate and collaborate easily with others.

• You like to exceed customers' expectations and are driven by personal interaction.

• You thrive in a sales-oriented role.

• You speak and write fluent Swedish.

• You preferably have an interest in flowers, plants, gardening, or interior design. Experience or education in the florist profession is meritorious but not a requirement.

Employment type: On-demand employment, permanent
Working hours: Varying store hours (weekdays, weekends, day and evening)
Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement
