To our store in Oskarshamn, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. Here, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 95%, and working hours may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with category responsibility

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. Strong team spirit, fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize our work. We learn from each other and create results together through development. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks of a salesperson, you have a specific category responsibility (for example, for red wine, white wine, or beer), which means that you:

• Keep the category representative according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and exposure, as well as analyzing shrinkage and suggesting measures.
• Continuously convey knowledge regarding your category to other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Have reached the legal age (20 years old) to serve customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work with varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, from early mornings until after closing.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, service work, and/or food and beverage.
