To our store in Västervik, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. Here, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 100%, and weekly working hours may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with management group and product group responsibilities

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of teamwork, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the shared tasks as a salesperson, you work with management group and product group responsibilities, which means that you:

• Work together with the store manager to achieve the store's goals with high quality and precision.
• Are responsible for the assortment, logistics, display, and for continuously providing information to the employees in the store.
• Act as a substitute for the store manager when needed, which involves personnel planning and leadership.
• Keep the product group (e.g., red wine, white wine, or beer) representative according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for the assortment, logistics, selection, and display, as well as analyzing shrinkage and suggesting measures.
• Continuously convey knowledge regarding your product group to other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to meet the customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer meeting.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing.
• Are precise and flexible, and generously share your knowledge.
• Have a great interest in retail operations and leadership, and understand the value of utilizing colleagues' competence.
• Dare to make and stand by uncomfortable decisions.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to reaching our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is meritorious if you have experience from retail, work in a service profession and/or with food and drink, as well as experience in leadership or participation in a management group.
