Some of our employees have used this as a temporary job to gain experience, personal development, and build a solid savings budget. Many take all the training they receive here and go on to study further, for example, to become real estate agents, or work in retail.

June 16th and 17th we are holding a two-day information and recruitment meeting at our office. We will hold a company presentation, go through salary, commission, working hours, and collective agreements.

You will also receive a short sales training and a product training so you can test the job and see how it feels in practice. Before the end of the recruitment meeting, we will discuss how everything feels. If everything feels good for you and for us, we will offer you a position with us.

Your new job

Your tasks will involve sales to customers via telephone. You will be introduced to the work by listening to experienced salespeople and being trained in different teams. We also work continuously and daily with everything from coaching to motivation and competitions, both at the individual and team level!

Some of the brands we work with include: Bonnier, Egmont, Allente, operator 3, and Miljonlotteriet. You will be introduced to the work by listening to experienced salespeople and being trained in different teams.

Scope: Summer job – Mon-Fri 08:30-16:30
Summer job period: Between weeks 26–32
Location: Västervik
Recruitment process: When you send your application to us, we will call you as soon as possible for a short phone interview. If you move on to the next step, you will be booked for the meeting on June 16th and 17th where you will receive a company presentation from PEC as well as sales training. Before the end of the day, we will discuss potential employment.

OBS! A prerequisite for us to move you forward in the recruitment process is that you can participate in the meeting in June.
