Your responsibilities

As a customer receptionist, you are responsible for handling matters concerning both private and corporate customers. You will act as a link between the customer and the workshop, making your role crucial for providing the best possible service. This requires attention to detail, but above all, it is about a positive and friendly attitude towards customers. Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling contact with customers via email, phone, and in person.
• Administering cases based on the customer's needs.
• Maintaining continuous internal contact with the workshop and sales staff.

Your background/Personal qualities

To apply for the job, you must be at least 18 years old. A suitable background could be that you are studying an administrative or similar line at high school, or that you have recently completed such studies. We assume that you are meticulous, organized, service-minded, and positive, and that you work with a high degree of independence. Since our goal is for all customers to receive professional and correct treatment, you as a customer receptionist play an important role as our face to the outside world. We are looking for a team player with a service mindset who is not hesitant to support colleagues.
