Nordic Energy Solutions is growing and is now looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative for solar energy, battery storage, and charging solutions to join our team in Blekinge/Kalmar. This role is perfect for you if you thrive with autonomy, enjoy creating business, and want to work in a rapidly developing industry.

About the Role

As a B2B Sales Representative at Nordic Energy Solutions, you are responsible for processing corporate clients in the region and offering customized energy solutions based on the customer's needs. You will primarily work with warm leads generated by our appointment setters, as well as engaging in proactive outbound sales.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Building and developing long-term customer relationships with businesses.
  • Conducting customer meetings and site visits in Blekinge/Kalmar.
  • Identifying the customer's energy needs and business opportunities.
  • Presenting solutions within solar panels, battery storage, and EV charging.
  • Creating calculations, designing solar power systems, and generating quotes.
  • Driving the business process from initial contact to closing the deal.

You will work independently with great freedom, while having support from an engaged team and access to modern tools to succeed in the role.

Who We Are Looking For

We believe you are a business-driven person who likes to build trust, develop relationships, and help companies make smart investment decisions.

We would like you to:

  • Have experience in sales, preferably within B2B.
  • Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with independent responsibility.
  • Be skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Have strong communication skills and express yourself well in Swedish and English.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have experience with solar panels, battery storage, EV charging, or other energy solutions. Experience with programs such as PV-Sol, SolarEdge Designer, or similar software is also a plus.
