Job Description
Are you an experienced technical sales professional looking to drive sales and develop the MOTOREX market in the districts of Kalmar, Jönköping, and Östergötland counties?
As an Area Sales Manager, you work in the field based from your home office in the region, with Alingsås serving as the base for joint meetings and training. Your daily routine involves planning, driving, and developing the sales of MOTOREX's high-quality lubricants, chemicals, and cleaning products within your district.
The role requires great endurance and strong self-leadership as you drive your own region. You will process both new prospects and nurture existing customers. The industry requires you to build solid personal trust before a deal can be initiated, meaning you handle the sales cycle with patience and view setbacks as a natural part of the path to success. You are part of an experienced Swedish team while maintaining close contact with the international headquarters in Switzerland.
You will join a technical company where product complexity is high. The focus on the Swedish market lies in construction, forestry, agriculture, and the transport sector. Through frequent customer visits and strong relationship building, you work independently and entrepreneurially in your region.
This is a permanent full-time position. Benefits include a company laptop, mobile phone, and company car.

Responsibilities
- You have a mechanical education or equivalent practical experience. It is a requirement that you have a mechanical understanding and knowledge of heavy vehicles, gearboxes, and complex machinery to act as a competent partner to mechanics and experts.
- Experience in technical field sales and relationship building. Experience from the oil, lubricant, or spare parts industry is highly advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as English is required for contact with the headquarters in Switzerland.
- It is mandatory that you live in the relevant district (Östergötland, Jönköping, or Kalmar county) and have an established local network.
- You are results-oriented, self-motivated, enduring, and thrive in a role with significant personal responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Qualifications
In the role of technical salesperson, you share responsibility for promoting the group's operations and profitability. You will, among other things:
- Actively seek out, contact, and visit workshops, machine owners, and companies within transport, construction, agriculture, and forestry.
- Drive your region forward to achieve set goals.
- Establish, nurture, and develop long-term business relationships and partnerships.
- Participate in fairs, exhibitions, and regional customer activities to increase MOTOREX visibility.
- Independently document, plan, and follow up on your sales activities in the company's CRM system.
