We are looking for a procurement professional who is structured, driven, and meticulous, with good experience in purchasing and supplier relations. Do you have strong negotiation skills and want to influence the company's profitability and development? Then you are the one we are looking for.

As a purchaser, you will work proactively to ensure the best possible quality, where cost-efficiency is a given. You will have the opportunity to develop a new and responsible role in the company, collaborating closely with production, planning, warehousing, and suppliers to ensure efficient flows and high delivery precision.

At Teknia, we work with new technology and belong to the top tier in qualified die casting and post-processing. Our customers are primarily in the automotive industry, focusing on premium brands.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily purchases of raw materials, components for production, and consumables.
• Proactively search, evaluate, and establish new suppliers in line with the company's needs and strategy.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
• Conduct supplier assessments.
• Work on cost optimization and savings initiatives.
• Support projects and investments with procurement expertise.
• Conduct market analyses and benchmarking.
• Ensure purchases are made according to company guidelines and needs.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and administration based on process needs.
• Work with logistics to ensure that the flow of purchased goods follows company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with supplier contacts and delivery monitoring.
• Knowledge of forecasting and material planning.
