📍Location: Kalmar. Travel within our region is a natural part of the role.
About the role
As a Regional Sales Manager within fire and security solutions, you will become a key player in developing and strengthening our customer relationships and business. You are responsible for your own geographical area and drive sales independently, which places high demands on business acumen, self-drive, and good knowledge of our offering. In your role, you will:
- Establish new customer relationships and actively work on new business acquisition to expand our customer base.
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with existing customers.
- Work consultatively and advisory to identify and deliver the best solutions based on customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with the local operations, where we always put the customer at the center.
- Collaborate with our central support and Center of Excellence to develop tailored solutions.
- Be the face of Securitas Technology and represent our offering in advanced security solutions.

Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for you who have experience in selling fire and security or similar technical solutions, are a skilled relationship builder, and are driven by creating value in every deal. We believe you have:
- Experience in value-based selling and new business acquisition with good results.
- Documented experience from technical B2B business.
- Experience from fire technology, electrical, or contracting.
- Background in service sales of technical solutions.
- Good knowledge of contract sales and experience working with business plans, strategies, and profitability analyses.
- Knowledge of contract law.
- A valid driver's license (Category B) and good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
