As a Key Account Manager at Gnutti Carlo, you will play a central role in a global industrial group with approximately 4,000 employees and customers in some of the world's most technology-intensive industries. From our facility in Vimmerby, Northern Europe's leading producer of die-cast aluminum components, you will drive business that impacts future mobility together with some of the automotive industry's most demanding and innovative customers.

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for some of our most strategic customer relationships within the Automotive sector, with a focus on international customers, particularly the heavy-duty vehicle segment. You will have substantial responsibility for developing the business, ensuring profitability, and creating long-term partnerships with our customers. The role involves close collaboration with project management, engineering, production, and other functions within the group.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and develop strategic customer accounts
• Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships
• Drive business development and identify new business opportunities
• Responsible for quotations, calculations, and price negotiations
• Monitor profitability and business results
• Coordinate customer projects together with internal functions
• Act as the customer's primary contact throughout the entire business process
• Contribute to the group's continued growth in Europe and North America

You will be part of a team of experienced KAM colleagues in Sweden and will also collaborate with corresponding functions in other parts of the Gnutti Carlo Group.

The position involves regular customer visits and travel, primarily within Europe but also to North America when necessary.

Who are you?

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience in sales, business development, or customer responsibility within the manufacturing industry
• Experience from the Automotive industry or related sectors
• Good technical understanding and interest in production and manufacturing processes
• Experience with international customer relationships and business negotiations
• Ability to analyze businesses and create profitable growth

• An engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Experience with die-casting, machining, or advanced manufacturing
• Experience with OEM customers within the automotive industry
