We are looking for someone who is good with people, is engaged, and spreads positive energy. Are you a naturally proactive leader with strong organizational skills? As a Sales Manager, you will work with sales at events in the Kalmar area and surrounding regions.
Your responsibilities as a manager at our events:
- Pick up and prepare sales materials.
- Meet with sales staff and go through the job tasks.
- Handle restocking of goods.
- Motivate and cheer on the sales team.
- Participate in sales alongside the team (if the team is small, fewer than 8 salespeople).
- Return equipment and clean up after the event.
You must have a driver's license to be able to pick up equipment. We offer extra compensation if you have your own car that you can use for work purposes.
Cash handling experience, leadership responsibility, experience in sales, sports, and teamwork are meritorious, but not required. Your attitude and personality are the most important factors!
