We are looking for a Mystery Shopper to visit a grocery store in Kalmar in July, with the possibility of more assignments after the summer.

A Mystery Shopper is just like you or me, an ordinary person who visits shops, car dealerships, cafes, and more. However, unlike a regular customer, the Mystery Shopper has a specific assignment and instructions tailored to what our client wants to know. This could involve finding out what sales staff think about our client's laptops, whether a car dealer offers you a quote and contacts you after the visit, or if a restaurant follows the chain's profile and if the staff works according to the company's training.

Once a visit is completed, it is the Mystery Shopper's task to fill out an online report as soon as possible. The report contains both multiple-choice questions to gather statistics and free-text questions to capture your experience. Therefore, it is important that you can express yourself well in writing.

For most people, Mystery Shopping is a flexible and fun side job that can be combined with another full-time or part-time job, between jobs, during studies, or after retirement. Compensation for assignments varies, ranging from around 100 SEK for small assignments up to around 1000 SEK for larger ones. If you need to purchase anything during the visits, this is normally reimbursed. You decide for yourself whether to accept or decline assignments when they are offered. You can also influence which assignments you receive by expressing interest online in the projects you wish to participate in. Furthermore, you can plan which day within a certain period you will carry out the assignment. There is no minimum number of visits required, only that you take responsibility for the assignments you have accepted.

We are now looking for a new Mystery Shopper to visit a grocery store in Kalmar. We need someone who is willing to visit the store in July, preferably in the coming weeks. We will follow up with offers for more visits throughout the year.
