Skyltstället in Kalmar has signed several large multi-year contracts and is in an exciting growth phase. Therefore, we are now looking for a Project Coordinator/Inside Sales Representative who wants to join and strengthen our team.

About the role

As a Project Coordinator/Inside Sales Representative here, you will become a central part of the operations. You will be responsible for receiving and handling incoming orders and inquiries, while coordinating work between customers, suppliers, and internal project resources.

The role involves a fast pace where you need to be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality and service.

Main responsibilities

• Receive and register customer orders and requests
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide fast, professional service
• Plan and coordinate projects and deliveries
• Follow up on ongoing assignments and ensure delivery times
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Contribute to the improvement of routines and work processes
