Your responsibilities

In the role of Marketing Manager, you are responsible for planning, driving, and developing Alemtek's marketing both strategically and operationally. You work closely with the sales team and management, focusing on strengthening our brand and creating business value. In your work, you will also regularly collaborate with our external partners and suppliers.

Examples of tasks:

As a smaller company, the role implies breadth rather than depth. You do not need to be a specialist in everything, but you should enjoy moving between different areas.

  • Responsible for the company's overall marketing strategy and brand positioning
  • Plan and execute marketing activities in both digital and physical channels
  • Develop and optimize website and content (including SEO/SEM and AI search)
  • Create content for web, social media, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Plan and drive marketing related to trade fairs and events
  • Coordinate webinars, launches, and news
  • Work with simpler graphic material and marketing support for sales
  • Follow up, analyze, and develop marketing activities based on data

Who are you?

You thrive owning an area and driving it forward on your own. You see what needs to be done, take initiative, and deliver without needing detailed management or tight leadership in everyday life. You are structured, self-motivated, and comfortable setting your own agenda.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A few years of experience in marketing
  • Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, and social media)
  • Experience creating campaigns, newsletters, marketing materials, and content (text, image, simpler graphics).
  • Ability to analyze results and turn insights into improvements
  • Experience with CMS and relevant marketing tools
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

We consider it meritorious if you have:

  • Experience from B2B marketing
  • Experience from the manufacturing industry

Scope and conditions

The position is 50%, with the possibility of expansion over time. You are based at our office in Nybro. Working hours are daytime on weekdays, and the employment is permanent with an initial probation period of 6 months.
