At Uniflex Kalmar, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients, who is one of Sweden's leading property developers and managers.

The responsibilities include handling incoming calls where you assist customers with their inquiries, including billing questions and fault reports. The role also involves some administrative tasks and email management. As an employee, you will receive coaching, undergo training, and set personal goals to help you develop, thrive in your role, and contribute to the company's growth.

The position is full-time with varying working hours, which may include days, evenings, and weekends. This is a long-term employment opportunity starting with a 6-month probation period. The employment begins with a paid 4-week training program. The exact start date is not yet set, but it is expected to be in early September.

You are someone who enjoys working at a fast pace. You are responsible, engaged, and quick to identify and find solutions. You are driven by achieving goals and enjoy focusing on completing tasks within set deadlines. You are social and positive, and capable of working both independently and in a team. You value good morale and a positive work climate. Naturally, you also have a genuine interest in service!

To fit this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• An education at least at the upper secondary school level

• Good knowledge of Office programs

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

• Experience from the service industry, preferably in customer service, reception, or retail

• Available to start in early September
