We are looking for someone who... is curious, driven, and enjoys taking initiative. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, see change as a positive thing, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. You enjoy learning new things, developing together with others, and are motivated by finding solutions that make a difference for the customer. You are communicative, humble, and contribute to strong teamwork. For you, good customer service is about understanding the customer's needs, taking responsibility, and creating a smooth experience from start to finish.

You will become part of our Customer Care team – a team characterized by community, collaboration, and a strong customer focus. Together, we work to create a world-class customer experience and make a difference for our customers in every interaction.

The role requires that you can express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, Italian, Portuguese, or French is a plus.

🗓️ This is a seasonal part-time position with the possibility of full-time work during certain periods. We work together at our office in Kalmar. Working hours vary between daytime, evenings, and weekends.
