BK Clean is BK Tech Group's business area for washers and turners for the waste and recycling industry. Our products are used by municipalities, waste companies, and contractors for efficient cleaning and handling of containers and tanks.

We are now looking for a business-developing technical salesperson who wants to develop the business in Sweden and internationally.

About the role

You will become an important part of BK Clean's continued development and will work closely with the product manager, design, and production to further develop the business.

The role has a clear focus on new customer acquisition, market development, and sales. You are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and developing distributors and partners. At the same time, you work together with the rest of the organization to develop existing customers and create continued growth.

You will work with the entire sales process – from prospecting and initial customer contact to quotation, negotiation, and closing.

Your main tasks

  • Identify and process new customers in Sweden and internationally.
  • Develop new markets, distributors, and business partners.
  • Responsible for quotation work, calculations, and business negotiations.
  • Build and develop a strong sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Plan and conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and trade fair participation.
  • Collaborate with product development and production to ensure competitive solutions.
  • Contribute with market insights and customer feedback that develops BK Clean's products and offerings.

We are looking for you who

  • Have documented experience in technical B2B sales.
  • Are a business-driven person who enjoys creating new business.
  • Have a structured approach and good ability to drive business from first contact to closing.
  • Are accustomed to traveling and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Have a strong internal drive and work independently.
  • Master Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Experience from machinery sales, the recycling industry, municipal operations, contracting, or industry is meritorious.
