You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have the will to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself.

You will primarily work in the Fruit & Vegetables or Deli departments, where we require a strong interest and commitment to fresh produce. Both Fruit & Vegetables and Deli are departments that require a lot of work with product presentation, and a strong interest in this is highly meritorious. You may also be assigned other common store tasks, such as:

• Working at the checkout
• Restocking shelves and fronting products
• Building displays on sales islands and endcaps
• Working with freshness and shrinkage control
• Conducting self-inspections
• Maintaining a clean and tidy store

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You find it easy to build long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to shop with joy. You enjoy being on the move and working physically. The job in a store offers varied work, sometimes at a high pace, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience from working in the grocery retail sector is meritorious, but personal suitability is just as important to us at Coop. If you have previous experience working in Fruit & Vegetables or Deli, it is highly meritorious.

The positions are temporary assignments of approx. 25 hours/week, starting week 34 or as agreed. The temporary assignments initially extend for 6 months, but there is a great opportunity for extension. Recruitment is ongoing, and the positions may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours vary and include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is required
• Must be at least 18 years old as you will work independently at the checkout
• Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions are meritorious
• Experience from working in Fruit & Vegetables or Deli is highly meritorious
