Our business idea: Maxi ICA Stormarknad in Västervik aims to be the best trading place in north-eastern Småland for customers, staff, and suppliers.

We are now looking for:

Department Manager for our Flower Section

Do you want to help create an inspiring and well-stocked flower section where customers always meet a positive shopping experience characterized by color, season, and quality? This might be the job for you.

Responsibilities include:

• Ordering responsibility for flowers and plants
• Signage and product display in a sales-oriented manner
• Pricing the assortment
• Ensuring the section is always well-maintained, fresh, and inspiring
• Adapting the assortment and display according to season and current holidays
• Working on other sections in the store as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys creating order, structure, and sales-oriented displays
• Is responsible and self-initiative
• Has a good sense of service and customer interaction
• Thrives in a work environment where the pace is sometimes high
• Is flexible and can help out wherever the store needs you most

The position is a permanent full-time equivalent of 35 hours per week.

Work during inconvenient hours may occur.

A florist education or experience in similar tasks is meritorious.
