WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE

• Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for your JYSK store.
• The role also includes the surrounding stores – Nybro, Oskarshamn, and Färjestaden.
• In line with our JYSK Leadership Values, you are responsible for ensuring that the store is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading, and coaching your team physically on the shop floor.
• You act based on key figures, determine what is needed to reach the goals, and motivate the team to do so.
• Follow and implement store concepts and store routines.
• Recruit and onboard new colleagues as well as develop the current team members.
• You are not afraid of physical work and lead by example by selling and performing routine tasks in the store.
