As a Buyer at Resinit, you will have a broad role where you work on developing and driving the procurement process forward. This role is an expansion of the organization, meaning you will have ample space to influence working methods and structure.

You will work closely with colleagues in marketing and sales, as well as interact with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. The focus is on ensuring the right materials at the right price and quality, rather than operational ordering.

• Handle contract management (price and stock agreements)

• Participate in price negotiations together with the organization

• Conduct supplier evaluations

• Request and analyze quotations

• Drive and develop the procurement process

To thrive in this role, you are a curious and driven person who likes to take initiative. You are not afraid to take charge, actively seek information, and want to develop within procurement. At the same time, you are receptive and have a humble attitude towards learning from colleagues with specialist knowledge.

You thrive in a smaller organization with short decision-making paths where you get to be close to the operations and contribute even outside your direct area of responsibility.

• Post-secondary education in procurement, technology, chemistry, or equivalent

• Early experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar field

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Interest or knowledge in chemical/technical materials

• Experience in procurement work or supplier contacts

• Knowledge of German

• Logistics education

• Experience in logistics
