About the role

At Perido, we are now looking for a Group Manager for Payroll Administrators for our client, a world-leading provider of transport solutions that, together with its customers and partners, is driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. You will work from the client's office in Oskarshamn. You will be responsible for leading and developing the Payroll Administration team, as well as ensuring accurate, efficient, and regularly secure delivery of payroll administration, time reporting, and related HR services.

Your responsibilities

As a manager, you lead, support, and develop the team in their daily work while contributing your own specialist competence in working time legislation, payroll analysis, and the development of HR processes. You act as a link between the local payroll and HR operations and central or global HR functions, focusing on ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement work that increases efficiency, quality, and employee experience.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Lead, coach, and develop Payroll Administrators by setting goals, following up on performance, providing feedback, and ensuring employee competence development.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and time reporting in accordance with collective agreements, tax legislation, and labor law.
• Handle and support complex payroll cases and contribute operationally to daily payroll work when needed.
• Analyze, follow up, and administer working time issues, ensuring compliance with working time legislation, collective agreements, and internal guidelines.
• Contribute to payroll audits, market salary comparisons, and analysis of payroll-related data.
• Produce analyses, reports, and decision support materials related to pay, working time, and HR processes.
• Participate in local and global projects within HR and payroll.
• Act as a support and contact point for managers, HR Business Partners, the finance department, and other internal functions.

Qualifications

• University education in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of documented leadership experience with direct personnel responsibility.
• At least 5 years of extensive experience in payroll administration and/or HR operational processes, including time reporting.
• Practical experience with working time legislation and the application of collective agreements, including rules regarding daily and weekly rest, as well as shift and schedule models.
• Experience with Compensation & Benefits processes, such as payroll audits, market salary comparisons (benchmarking), or job evaluation.
• Practical experience in developing HR processes or participating in projects, such as system implementation or process improvements.
• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from a global or matrix organization.

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2027-08-31, with the possibility of extension. Start date: 2026-09-01.
