Job Description

At NearYou, we are currently looking for you who want to work part-time as a receptionist for one of our clients. It is a varied and social job where you play an important role for both visitors and internal employees. As a receptionist, you will have an important and visible role – you are the one who welcomes visitors and ensures they feel taken care of. You answer the phone, handle mail, assist with some purchases, and support with various administrative tasks where needed. In short – you ensure that everything runs smoothly in daily operations, for both visitors and colleagues. The start is in the autumn with initial training at the client's site. The work is part-time/as needed – perfect for you who are studying or have another primary occupation. The working hours are scheduled on weekdays.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who enjoy providing good service and have an eye for detail. You are a person who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and thrives when you have control of the situation. You need to be flexible and able to step in when needed – this is a perfect part-time job for you who are studying or have another occupation. You must be able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, it is important that you are computer literate and feel comfortable quickly learning new systems. Experience in similar tasks is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and enjoy helping out. Previous experience in similar tasks is advantageous but not a requirement.
