Rejlers continues to grow and is now looking for an engaged Office Administrator for their office in Kalmar on a part-time basis. Here you will have a central role where you contribute to a well-functioning daily routine, a welcoming office, and a positive corporate culture.

About the role

In this role, you will become an important part of the office and a natural point of contact for both employees and visitors. You are responsible for creating a pleasant and professional office environment, while handling a range of administrative tasks and having many contact surfaces.

Examples of areas of responsibility and tasks:

  • Ensure that the office always feels welcoming and pleasant – for both employees and visitors.

  • Plan and organize office activities such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, parties, and learning events.

  • Keep track of mail and packages, and handle postage when needed.

  • Manage keys, access cards, and potentially the visitor log.

  • Identify and handle issues related to the office and common areas.

  • Keep an overview of the office car and rental bikes to ensure they work and are booked smoothly.

  • Order office supplies and snacks/food according to budget and agreements.

  • Help managers introduce new employees to how the office operates.

  • Support the Workplace Manager with various administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with lots of interaction with other people and who has a natural service mindset. You are structured, responsible, and gain energy from helping out where needed. As a person, you are positive, relationship-building, and contribute to a secure and welcoming work environment.

Requirements and advantageous experience

  • Previous experience in administration, service, and preferably project-like tasks.

  • Basic understanding of economics and follow-up.

  • Knowledge of workplace safety/environment issues.

  • Advantageous with 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Start: Immediately

Employment type: This is a part-time consulting assignment via Gigstep, with the possibility that the scope may change over time.
