About the job
The assignment involves acting as a coordinator in Arena Stoppa. The role means that you work on behalf of the arena's tactical steering group and have overall responsibility for keeping together, driving, and realizing the arena's mission in close dialogue with relevant chief networks and other coordination functions.
You will be placed at Crime Prevention Unit 7 on the Crime Prevention Department. We are a geographically dispersed section with approximately 20 colleagues. The location is Västervik. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.
Your main tasks are:
- be a support to unit and section managers in the network/arena
- act as a contact point and collaborate with other units, departments, and networks/arenas
- work with and support development work, planning, and follow-up
- prepare and analyze materials
- maintain a common communication
- create conditions for increased development potential in operational activities
- coordinate and implement competence measures and other similar activities
About you

You must also have:
- a university education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in law
- current and multi-year work experience in coordination, scheduling, and project management within a government agency
- documented experience in driving issues, coordinating, and making decisions at an overarching level
- documented and current experience in working with selection issues and risks, including analysis, prioritization, and application in operational activities
It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience from similar tasks from the Swedish Tax Agency.
Good to know
The employment is permanent and may begin with a probationary period of six months.
An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security investigation with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment is made. For some of our security-class tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
